NOC AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Norton Owners Club will be held at The National Motorcycle Museum, Solihull on Sunday 1st. April 2012 starting at 11.00. NOC Members may:-

• Submit matters for discussion on the agenda
• Propose motions for discussion and subsequent voting
• Stand for election to the Executive Committee
  At the meeting, the entire Executive Committee stands down and all positions are available for election

Motions and candidates for election to the EC will require a proposer and seconder, both of whom should be Members of the NOC.

To guarantee inclusion at the AGM, notification of matters for discussion, motions and candidates for election must be submitted in advance either in writing or by e-mail to Colin Cheney, NOC Secretary. The last date for recipt of these will be Friday 16th. March 2012. Other items may be raised at the meeting under Any Other Business at the discretion of the Chairman and if time permits.

At the time of writing, all Executive Committee members will be standing for re-election with the exception of Magazine Editor. Updates on the AGM will be posted in the News section of this web site up to the date of the meeting.

NOC Members attending the AGM will be eligible for reduced price admission to the Museum at £6.95.
